When you step out of the USF dorm, it's the first building you see.
It’s the cafeteria, the space that starts and ends a Taejae student’s day. At certain times, it’s quiet and calm but during meal times, like lunch and dinner, it quickly fills with people.

It's central to our daily life, yet I noticed opinions about this place are quite divided. The same menu can be not bad for someone, and not good for someone else.
So I asked students for their honest opinions about the cafeteria food and their answers showed just how diverse our tastes and preferences can be.
Student A described the cafeteria as a world of ‘all-or-nothing’.
According to ****A, the experience can be a hit or miss, where there are some days the food surprises you in a good way and other days when it feels less appealing. Thankfully for this student, there’s still the convenience store and bakery which consistently have great options.

Student A says they most often eat foods like bagels or ham-and-cheese croissants sold at the convenience store. The convenience store sells protein milk, soda, various sandwiches, and fruit cups. Across from it is a display that sells bagels, donuts, various cookies and tarts, and cakes which are good for a quick sugar boost while studying.
Student B uses the Mexican corner most frequently.
